Contest terms

“VR glasses” Contest Terms

 

The company with the name “K22 GLOBAL TRADERS SINGLE MEMBER P.C.” and the distinctive title “K22 Global Traders”, based in Kifisia in Attica, on the 16th Ikarias Street (hereinafter the “Organizing Company” or “Company”) organizes, through its website: www.nutrivalley.gr, Contest (hereinafter the “Contest”) for the presentation and promotion of its products in accordance with the terms and conditions below and always in accordance with the provisions of the General Regulation on Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679. Purpose of the present terms (hereinafter “Terms of Participation” or “Terms”) is the determination of the conditions for the participation of each participant and the draw of winners in the context of the Contest.

The Organizing Company (a) is responsible for collecting the participations, b) manages the file of consumers’ personal data, c) conducts the draw of this competition, d) undertakes the procedure of dispatch-delivery of the prizes to the lucky winners and/or alternate contest winners.

The contest will be conducted according to the following more particular terms and conditions:

CONTEST DURATION

 

As duration of the Contest, with the procedure described below, is defined the time period from 20/10/2025 and time 00:01 (hereinafter the “Beginning of the Contest” until 17/11/2025 at 23:59 (hereinafter “the End of the Competition”. The Organizing Company reserves the right to modify, to limit or extend the duration of the Contest, with modification of the present terms at its absolute discretion. This amendment will be automatically valid from its publication on the Organizer’s website www.nutrivalley.gr. Purchases to be made

after the end of the initial and/or shortened and/or extended as above participation deadline

(i.e. of “Duration” will not give the interested party the right to participate in the Contest (will not bind the Organizing Company) and will be considered void as entries while in addition will not carry any effect against anyone and will not create any kind of right in favor of the interested party in respect of the Contest.

 

RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE – METHOD OF PARTICIPATION – VALID ENTRIES:

 

All permanent residents of Greece have the right to participate in the Contest (only individuals), who are over 18 years old, have full legal capacity and carry out during the Contest a purchase of one or more children’s products NUTRI VALLEY of the company “K22 GLOBAL TRADERS SINGLE MEMBER P.C.”, from any physical or online store, regardless of price. Employees (with any relation) of the Organizer, their first-degree relatives, as well as their spouses. The Organizer reserves the right to confirm the validity of participants and disqualification of anyone for falsifying the process of participation that is not in accordance with the present terms and conditions. Any participation in violation of the present Terms shall be automatically  deemed void and as never having taken place.

  1. Participation in the Contest requires access of interested parties to the internet (Internet) with their own technical means. The Organizer bears absolutely no liability if for reasons beyond its control or for reasons of force majeure (indicatively, problems or technical malfunctions of telephone networks or lines, online computer systems, servers or providers, computer components, software, not sending or receiving data due to lack of space availability or due to technical problems or congestion on the internet or any website or due to a combination of these events, disconnection from the internet, as well as attack by computer viruses, malicious or illegal actions or interventions of third parties, deceptive activities) delay or fail the sending of the registrations made in the context of the Contest.
  2. During the time period from 20/10/2025 and time 00:01 until 17/11/2025 and time 23:59 anyone interested can participate in the Contest following the steps below:

(a) Purchase from any physical or online store, one or more children’s products NUTRI VALLEY of the company “K22 GLOBAL TRADERS SINGLE MEMBER P.C.” regardless of value (The products participating in the contest in question is in detail the products that carry the heroes Peppa Pig, Pj Masks & Minions), (b) Enter the website www.nutrivalley.gr and go to

the “Contests” link, entering the full name in the fields (each participant must enter under their real name), the child’s birth year, the product with which will participate in the contest, the hero who is depicted on the product with which will participate in the contest, the super market or any partner with the Organizer Company store (or online store) from which the product was bought, the retail receipt number, the mobile phone number, the personal e- mail and (c) acceptance of the present terms and conditions of participation in the Contest as well and those related to Personal Data Protection.

The Contest is exclusively for transactions that take place by issuing a retail sales tax receipt, expressly excluding transactions accompanied by the issuance of an invoice.

  1. With the termination of the above procedure, the submission of participation in the Contest is completed. The submission of participation in the Contest according to the above is at the sole responsibility of the Participants. Each retail receipt number that includes one or more NUTRI VALLEY products and is issued by physical or online stores, is automatically equivalent to one (1) participation in the Contest. In case the document includes more than one product the participation is still one (1). In case of multiple separate purchases (receipts of purchase) that include one or more NUTRI VALLEY products, the interested party will automatically be entitled to a corresponding number of entries in the draw, but in each case can emerge as winner only once and win only one (1) prize. Also, each participant can participate in the Competition with a single electronic address (e-mail) and a mobile phone number.
  2. “Valid entry” means any participation in the Contest for which the following apply cumulatively:
  1. has been submitted and registered in the Organizer’s systems according to the procedure and time described in the present terms of participation,
  2. it is not, in the judgment of the Organizer, a product of an illegal influence technique of the Organizer’s systems by the participant or a third party or in general of fraud or wrongful interference by the participant or a third party,
  3. does not offend morals and public decency, nor does it present ambiguities or other technical defects.

Participation in the Contest does not require the purchase of a product, given that anyone who to the Organizer with their full details (name, surname, mobile phone) via e-mail to info@k22globaltraders.com with the indication ‘For the Contest: ‘Back to School’. The

communications for code rendering can be done until the penultimate business day before expiry of the Contest 14/11/2025 at 23:59.

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to ask the participants for:
    1. detailed identification and contact information (e.g. name, postal address, telephone numbers) or and
    2. documents or other public certificates from which the exact details of the participant are obtained, for identification of the faces of the participants or winners, valid participation check and shipment of the prize to the winner.

Also, entries that contain offensive, abusive or racist content towards the honor and dignity of a Public or Administrative or Church Authority or any third party), or contrary to the existing provisions or in any other way inappropriate at the Organizer’s sole discretion, will be cancelled.

  • DRAW

 

  1. The draw of winners will be held electronically on Thursday 20/11/2025 and 12:00 and,

as entries for participation in the draw of the Contest, will be entered the unique numbers of retail receipts issued by the physical or online stores as well as the participation codes according to 2.4.. The draw of the winners and runners-up will be done by use of an electronic system (application), which ensures the fact that conduct is an automated process according to which there will be no human intervention during the selection of the winners.

  1. The Organizing Company reserves the right to modify the day and time of the draw, setting a new date, which will be posted on the website www.nutrivalley.gr for all interested

parties information, 12 (twelve) hours in advance. Any such change will be binding on the participants, who do not acquire for this reason no right to compensation or any other claim against the organizing companies.

PRIZES – WINNERS

 

  1.  (1) One lucky participants will be selected to win (1) one VR glasses.

 

  1. Prizes are specific and personal, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for money, in whole or in part, nor is it possible to request the replacement of them with others. The Organizer is exempted from any liability in particular for any defect of the prize and/or for any harm-damage for any reason from a prize and the use of it and/or for an act, omission or conduct of any of the companies associated with the prize and is solely responsible for the distribution of the scheduled prizes to the winners, given that the prizes according to the present terms are provided for the purpose of conducting the contest in question, at state in which they have and are, excluding the application of the provisions on the seller’s liability (or others that establish liability regarding e.g actual defects). After the keeping-delivery of these any obligation of the Organizing Company ceases to exist.
  2. One (1) runner-up winner will also be selected from the above procedure (hereinafter the “Alternates”), who will be able to claim the Prize in order of priority or in case of invalid participation of the Winners or in the event that it is not possible to contact the Winners or in case the Winners refuse to receive the Prize.
  3. Winners and Alternates will be announced on the day of the draw on the website www.ntrivalley.gr and a relevant message will be sent to them via e-mail and/or by telephone

communication from employees of the Organizer. The Organizing Company bears no liability for any fruitless attempts to notify winners or alternates and especially when they are due to incorrect completion of their data in the appropriate fields.

  1. Winners and Alternates after being informed as above that they are winners and runners-up of the Contest and in order for (a) the Winners to receive the Prize and (b) the Alternates to ensure that they can claim the Prize in order of priority according to the above condition 4.3. specified, they should reply to the above e-mail within 5 days that they accept their winning. Prerequisite for the identification of the winners and receipt of their prizes is the sending, via the above replying e-mail, the proof of purchase and the details of their identity card. They must also state their exact residential address.

If the above date fruitlessly passes, (including cases of force majeure) their right to the Prize is lost and this remains in the hands of the Organizer to dispose of it at its absolute discretion. After the above-mentioned deadline has passed, the runner-up winner will be notified within twenty-four (24) hours.

  1. The delivery of the prizes to the winners and/or alternates by the Organizer at the address they will declare, it will take place within 90 days from the day they reply to the above e-mail that they accept their winning. Upon delivery, a special receipt form will be filled out and signed by each winner and/or alternate along with presentation of their identity card and the retail receipt.

Obviously, in the event that the details of the demonstrated evidence of purchase do not match those entered by the winner in the special application then the prize will not be delivered.

Disclaimer – Limitation of Liability

 

  1. The Organizing Company bears no liability for any typing errors, while it bears no liability for incidents that constitute events of force majeure and have as a consequence the impossibility of executing the deriving from its present obligations.
  2. The Organizing Company does not bear any liability in case the participants do not comply with the present terms. The participants agree that they will undertake to fully indemnify and release the Organizing Company from any liability for a claim raised against it by any third party due to any violation of the terms on their part.
  3. The Organizing Company bears no liability for the content of the participations as well as for cases of erroneous data entry or missing elements.
  4. The Organizing Company shall not be liable for any damages of whatsoever

nature, which are associated with voluntary, on the part of the participant, publication of personal data or other sensitive information. In such a case the participant fully accepts the consequences of the disclosure, even if these consist of malicious third-party harassment.

  1. The Organizing Company bears absolutely no liability, if for reasons outside its sphere of influence and control, the receipt of participations fails or is delayed or finally, if the preserved files are partially or completely destroyed.

OBLIGATIONS OF PARTICIPANTS

 

Participants must act legally and in the context of good practice and business ethics. In any case, the contest entries that do not meet the present terms are automatically declared void.

In addition, in the event that the Organizing Company considers that any participation is the result of illegal influence technique or fraud in general or unfair interference of the participant reserves the right to claim a refund of any prize or any other benefit that the participant has already received thanks to participating.

  • PERSONAL DATA

 

It is pointed out that the conduct of the Contest makes it necessary the collection and procession of personal data of the participants which are described below and are processed by the Organizer according to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), exclusively and only for the purposes of the Contest (participation, announcement of results, winners draw), awarding of Prizes, advertising and promotion of the Contest, as well as for participant information for promotional programs or new NUTRI VALLEY products.

The personal details of the participants will be kept by the Organizer exclusively for the above processing purposes and only to the extent and for the period of time that is

absolutely necessary to serve each of the above purposes, either by itself or through any other person designated to act, by order and on its behalf, for the purposes of the present promotional activity.

In particular, the collected and processed personal data of the participants are: e-mail address, full name, telephone, residential address, zip code and identification information. In case that you do not want your personal data to be used in accordance with the above, please do not enter the Contest. Winners’ personal data will not be used for purposes other than the above mentioned nor be transmitted to third parties other than those performing the processing, by order and on behalf of the Organizer, who will provide the necessary services for selection of the winners of the promotional Activity and for delivery of the Prizes.

Further, any interested party may exercise the rights which derive from articles 12 to 22 of the General Regulation on Protection of Data (EU) 2016/679 (right to information, access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection and portability), by sending an e-mail message to the above address. However, it is clarified that as the provision of the data is for the completion of the contest in question, the possible refusal to provide the data that has been characterized and judged necessary by the Company, automatically will result in the non-participation of the individual in this contest. If anyone wishes to exercise the right of submitting a complaint to the Data Protection Authority can be addressed to the following address: complaints@dpa.gr.

 

Acceptance of Present Terms and Conditions – Consent

 

  1. These terms and conditions have been posted on the website www.nutrivalley.gr.
  2. Participation in the Contest presupposes and implies the full and unconditional acceptance of all the present terms and conditions, as well as the Policy regarding the

processing of personal data such as listed in paragraph 7 hereof as well as on the company’s website www.nutrivalley.gr.

  1. Any modification or attempt of modification of the terms hereof with the main purpose of influencing the result of the draw is strictly prohibited. If a participant is proven to be a winner violating the terms hereof, by fraudulent means, shall not be awarded the Prize or automatically lose all right of possession, and the Organizer in in this case reserves all its rights against the participant in question.
  2. Participants in the Contest provide their consent and their authorization to the Organizer for the promotion of the contest and its results through print and electronic media or the INTERNET. Thus, the Organizing Company reserves the right to use and publish any kind of news related to the prize and draw for advertising purposes, as well as to use the initials of the name of the participants without prior consultation with them and without financial or other claim on their behalf, for the period of 8 (eight) months from the execution of the draw and by everyone participating in this Contest has their consent to do so automatically. But they will not be further forwarded and will be kept in a Company database.

JURISDICTION

 

It is expressly agreed that the courts of Athens will be exclusively competent for any dispute that may arise regarding the Contest.
